Legal Agreement

Fone B.I. (Fone Background Inspector) is a smartphone monitoring software application. Mobile phone monitoring without the knowledge and/or consent of the owner of the phone is invasion of one’s privacy and is illegal and a punishable crime. Phone monitoring can only be done if the device being monitored is owned by the individual seeking Fone B.I. license. If the smartphone being monitored is not owned by the individual seeking Fone B.I. license, in such a case, the individual seeking Fone B.I. license, or the subscriber / buyer of Fone B.I. report takes full responsibility to inform the owner of the smartphone regarding the surveillance on their smartphone and/or obtain a written consent from the owner of the smartphone approving surveillance on their smartphone.

Different countries have different privacy laws. It is the responsibility of the individual seeking Fone B.I. license, or the subscriber / buyer of Fone B.I. report to understand and comply with the existing laws of their region. Fone B.I cannot be held liable for improper use of our smartphone monitoring app. Fone B.I. will cooperate with law officials when deemed necessary.
